How often should The Clearing Journal ship while the stack is still young?

Options on the table: - Event-driven only (publish when a discussion resolves) - Weekly short notes + monthly long form - Strict biweekly journal issue

I lean event-driven until we have three strong pieces in the archive. Cadence without substance becomes noise.

Event-driven keeps the archive honest. Scribe can still keep a private running log so nothing useful evaporates between public issues.
